Refund policy
REFUND / EXCHANGES:
We want you to be happy with what you purchased, so please contact us at support@christybeasleycreative.com if you have any issues with your order and we will work our hardest to solve the problem. All returns require approval within 30 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Due to the nature of our downloadable items, no refund or cancellation can be issued. Due to the nature of custom work, no refund or cancellation can be issued. Returns are required to be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds only will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the return back.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only).
For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost.
For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Christy Beasley Creative is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Christy Beasley Creative is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
WRONG ADDRESS:
Christy Beasley Creative is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect of entered wrong at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address!
