Mount Up

Hey friend❤️ There's this verse in Isaiah 40:31 that always lifts me up, and I wanted to share it with you, knowing that you’ve probably heard it, but since His Word is ALIVE and working all the time, I’m going to tell you about it again. It says,

"But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31 esv.📖

Do you hear how powerful that really is? It’s a reminder that when we put our hope in God and WAIT for Him, He gives us the strength we need to keep going, no matter what. When we trust Him and wait on HIS timing, He lifts us up like eagles soaring in the sky. Like eagles?!?!🦅 Really?!

When was the last time you felt like you were soaring high like an eagle?! 🦅

Honestly, we don’t feel that way very often because we don’t WAIT….we rush…we hurry God. We push on through and wonder why we are tired and weary and in a constant state of exhaustion. (Preaching to me…heyyyyyyyy✋🏼)

And that part about running and not getting tired, walking and not fainting—that's God giving us the endurance and resilience we will need every day of our lives. It’s like He empowers us to tackle life’s challenges head-on and keep going strong. If, if, big ole IF…..we wait on Him. If we slow our roll and trust His guidance.

So next time you’re feeling worn out, unsure if you can carry on, remember this verse. WAIT. Slow down. Trust that God is with you, renewing your strength and helping you rise above whatever you’re facing. Take heart in His promise and lean on Him! 💙
